Our process

Three steps, and we're with you for all of them

We take your building from the first conversation to the finished structure. Here's what happens at each of the three steps, and what we'll need from you along the way.

A site visit, a real number, and a plan

Discovery, estimate & design

Reach out and we'll set up a time to come to you. There's no charge and no pressure. We'll look at your site, talk through how you actually plan to use the building, and make suggestions. Plenty of people call us not knowing what size or style they want. That's normal, and it's what this step is for.

Then we put your estimate together. It's free, there's no obligation, and the number comes from what we actually saw at your site rather than off a price list. We'll go through it with you and answer anything that isn't clear. If you're comparing estimates, ask what's included in ours. It's a fair question.

Once you're happy with the number, we develop a building plan around your vision. You'll pick colors for your siding, roof, and trim, along with doors and windows.

What's on you at this stage

  • Secure a building permit through your local codes department
  • Line up an excavator if your site needs leveling. We can point you toward a good one

Scheduled, built, and walked with you

We build it

Our timetable moves with the seasons, but we'll always work to schedule your project as quickly as we can. You'll know your dates before we start rather than after.

Then the crew builds it. Every project's timeline is different, but you can expect a fast, professional crew and to hear from us along the way rather than wondering.

When it's finished, we come back out and walk the building with you. We'll show you how to care for it and exactly what your manufacturer warranties cover.

What's on you at this stage

  • Have the site accessible for the crew and materials
  • Tell us where the building goes. We'll meet you on site to mark it before construction begins

The reason you called

Enjoy your new building

Park the tractor inside. Move the horses in. Finally get the shop you've been putting off for six years.

We're still here afterward. If something needs attention, call us. You won't be routed to a stranger.

That's the whole process.

If it sounds like a fit, tell us about your project and we will get back to you shortly.
